Set on an acre of land along the shore of beautiful Lake Murray, this exquisite home is ready to host you and your family or friends for the ultimate vacation in the Midlands of South Carolina. Professionally decorated, this home features a gourmet island kitchen with solid service countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a five-burner gas stove. Dine outside in the screened patio adjacent to the kitchen or on the covered and fully furnished deck complete with multiple tables and chairs, comfortable seating options, and a TV. Back inside, the living area includes plush furniture, a Netflix-equipped TV, beautiful coffered ceilings, and additional lake views. If you bring your boat, there is a dock with water and power and an attached floating dock for swimming or fishing for bass, crappie, and perch. A high-capacity washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi add convenience during your stay.
The Master's golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia, is less than an hour away. Take your boat out on the water and head east to explore Dreher Island, home to a state park, walking trails, and gorgeous natural scenery. You can also keep going until you reach Lake Murray to enjoy the open water by fishing, water skiing, and much more. Back on land, make the 16-mile trek southwest to Newberry where you'll find several restaurants, shops, and other necessities. Plus, a community boat launch is right across from the driveway for easy lake access!

Dock details: The dock is 110 feet long, and the floating dock (where guest boats would be tied up) is about 20 feet by 15 feet. We think. Water in spring is about three feet deep, but increases during the year to five to eight feet during peak season. No ropes are available for guest use, but metal dock tie downs are available.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: This is a beautiful lakefront property. We had a wonderful long weekend at Lake Murray. I would highly recommend staying at this home and we will be back!

Summary: The house and view were perfect. We had a bit of trouble with the AC/heat unit initially and the property management team was not very knowledgeable about this particular system either. We ended up figuring out how to work them w youtube videos. The units are all separate inside but operate on one system outside, therefore, you need all units set to the same cycle (AC or heat). I would suggest having them all turned off then turn on and set one at the time. The dishwasher was also not working and we reported this the day we left the property. Many had noted this in the 'handwritten book' on the property but maybe they didn't report it? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we come to this area again! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Summary: The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could’ve possibly needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area, lake was breathtaking. My kids and I enjoyed our stay there. You will need to bring your own fishing rods and kayaks if you want to use them.

Summary: The home was fantastic with super nice neighbors and a great location on the Saluda River. Boat dock was perfect for the pontoon boat we rented, and the backyard area is where we spent most of our time. Furnished fantastic, and every thing we could think of and use in the kitchen was provided. Fantastic place!
